One Ahead - A true visionary, Jim Sweeney started the company with not much more than a lawn mower, a couple of shovels, and the self-promise to build a company with a unique and outstanding offering. And 16 years later he has successfully built a multi-million dollar company supporting 4 crews, an intelligent and imaginative designers and support staff, and a portfolio to really boast about. Jim has a natural eye and passion for all things “design”. Layer that with his vast landscaping experience and incredible ability to make things happen, he’s the one to have on your team!
